Thanda Meetha

Packaged traditional desserts sold through 300+ retail stores in Punjab.

F&B Lahore Since 2021 Private Limited

The business

Problem. Traditional desserts like kheer and gajar ka halwa are either homemade or sold loose at sweet shops with no shelf life, no branding and no consistency.

Solution. Factory-packed single-serve traditional desserts with 21-day refrigerated shelf life, stocked in supermarket chillers next to imported yogurts at half the price.

Model. Distribution through modern trade and top general stores. 42% gross margin ex-factory. Listed in two national supermarket chains.

Market. Urban grocery shoppers across Punjab; the packaged dessert category is growing 18% annually.

Competition. Loose sweet shops and imported desserts. We're the only branded local player in the chiller.
